KREMELA “DIP & WIN” PROMOTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The Kremela “Dip & Win” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and conducted by Promasidor (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion period
The Promotion will run during the dates communicated in participating stores and may be terminated or extended at the discretion of the Promoter. Participation outside the promotion period will not be permitted.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all shoppers present at participating retail outlets during the promotion period. Employees of the Promoter, participating agencies, store staff directly involved in the execution of the Promotion, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

4. Participating outlets
The Promotion is valid only at selected participating outlets where Kremela Dip & Win activation materials are present.
5. How to participate
To participate in the Promotion, personal consumption shoppers must purchase two (2) packs of Kremela 750g, present proof of purchase to the promoter, be invited by the promoter to participate, and dip their hand into the Dip & Win box to draw a prize. Participation is valid only after purchase verification. Retailer shoppers must purchase a case of Kremela (12x750g), they will automatically win 5 strips of product.
6. Participation limits
Each qualifying purchase of two (2) Kremela 750g packs entitles the shopper to one (1) Dip & Win participation. Multiple participations are permitted provided each participation is supported by a new qualifying purchase. Prizes are limited to the availability of stocks.
7. Prizes
Prizes available in the Promotion may include, but are not limited to airtime vouchers, shopping vouchers, product sachets, and other promotional items as determined by the Promoter. Prizes are randomly allocated through the Dip & Win mechanic and all participants are guaranteed to receive a prize.
8. Prize conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Participation conduct
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation where purchase requirements are not met, fraudulent behaviour is suspected, promotion rules are violated, or participation disrupts store operations. The promoter’s verification decision will be final.
10. Liability
The Promoter shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of prizes after award, technical or operational issues affecting participation, or any injury or loss arising from participation in the Promotion. Participation is at the shopper’s own risk.
11. Publicity
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that photographs, video, or testimonials taken during activation may be used by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Data and digital engagement
Where participants scan QR codes or follow digital channels, platform terms and privacy policies will apply. No purchase is required to scan QR codes or follow digital platforms.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and interpret the rules of the Promotion. In the event of disputes, the Promoter’s decision will be final.
14. Acceptance
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
