Francois succeeds Bruno Gruwez, who has decided to pursue new opportunities outside the Promasidor Group.<\/p>\n<p>Francois joins Promasidor Nigeria from Danone, where he served as General Manager in R\u00e9union. Prior to his tenure at Danone, he had a long career as a General Manager with Lactalis (a world leader in dairy) in Algeria and Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Francois is a seasoned executive with extensive international experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, particularly in emerging markets. Promasidor Group Chief Executive Officer Anders Einarsson describes the new CEO, Francois, as a perfect fit for the job: \u2018\u2019His expertise spans organizational leadership, strategic analysis, business model development, and commercial management, making him ideally suited to lead Promasidor Nigeria\u2019s next phase of growth.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A French national, Francois holds a Master\u2019s in Business Administration from ESCP Business School.
