The event was a lively blend of fitness, fun and heartfelt celebration, filled with energizing aerobics, health talks, music and dance.<\/p>\n<p>The annual event is dedicated to encouraging mothers to embrace a healthy lifestyle while also recognizing the vital role played by women in families and society at large.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor Yumvita, mothers are at the core of everything we do. Their strength, love and daily sacrifices inspire our commitment to supporting their journey. The Mommies Workout is more than just an event. It\u2019s our way of saying thank you, while also encouraging our mothers to embrace a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We believe that when mothers thrive, families and community\u2019s flourish,\u201d Emmeline Tagoe, Category Lead for Infant Cereal, Promasidor Ghana said.<\/p>\n<p>Guests were spoiled with delicious smoothies, breakfast snacks made from Yumvita, Twisco, Cowbell and Onga, as well as fresh fruits, branded souvenirs and exciting gift hampers. There were also vouchers from partner brands to take home. Life Healthcare Centre supported the event with health screenings and wellness advice, while child health care attendants from Maamobi Hospital attended to the children and advised on the need to keep up with vaccinations. To top it off, two lucky winners won massage coupons from 1<sup>st<\/sup> love Therapeutic Massage Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Yumvita \u201cMommy\u2019s Workout\u201d was not solely for the exercise but rather a celebration of motherhood, health and joy.
