Les morceaux de prot\u00e9ines de soja Onga, derni\u00e8re extension de la marque culinaire, sont une source alternative de prot\u00e9ines, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour tous les types de plats au Ghana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que le produit ait un go\u00fbt de viande, il s'agit d'un ingr\u00e9dient alimentaire enti\u00e8rement v\u00e9g\u00e9tal qui contient des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de prot\u00e9ines et d'autres nutriments. Le lancement du produit a commenc\u00e9 par un engagement des distributeurs dans la r\u00e9gion du Grand Accra. Ils ont re\u00e7u une formation approfondie sur le produit et ses caract\u00e9ristiques et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques, ainsi que sur la tarification et d'autres questions li\u00e9es au commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les distributeurs ont \u00e9galement suivi le processus de pr\u00e9paration du produit et l'ont \u00e9galement \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance d'\u00e9chantillonnage, les participants \u00e0 la r\u00e9union ont exprim\u00e9 leur confiance dans les produits et se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9s pr\u00eats \u00e0 les acheter. Le lancement aupr\u00e8s des distributeurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi d'un engagement aupr\u00e8s des grossistes, qui a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des discussions approfondies sur les caract\u00e9ristiques du produit, son prix et son processus de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le lancement en quatre phases du produit s'est achev\u00e9 par une pr\u00e9sentation au personnel et aux consommateurs.  Eva Njeru, responsable de la cat\u00e9gorie culinaire, a fait part de son enthousiasme et de sa certitude quant au produit. \"Onga Chunks arrive \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 de nombreux Ghan\u00e9ens se pr\u00e9occupent de leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire et recherchent une source alternative aux prot\u00e9ines traditionnelles que nous connaissons.
