L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 500 \u00e9tudiants universitaires autour du th\u00e8me : <em>\"La pertinence de l'ind\u00e9pendance pour les jeunes d'aujourd'hui\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Sierra Leone a obtenu son ind\u00e9pendance le 27 avril 1961 et, pour comm\u00e9morer cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement historique, Twisco, une marque commercialis\u00e9e et distribu\u00e9e par Premium Divine Trading Company, a organis\u00e9 cette s\u00e9rie d'activit\u00e9s d'autonomisation ax\u00e9e sur les jeunes. Le programme a rassembl\u00e9 plusieurs universit\u00e9s et organisations de jeunes de tout le pays.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des discussions cl\u00e9s men\u00e9es par des orateurs sur des sujets d'importance nationale :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le professeur Larkoh s'est exprim\u00e9 sur <em>L'esprit d'entreprise et le ch\u00f4mage<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Fatmata Kamara Esq. a abord\u00e9 les questions suivantes <em>Droit et justice<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Le Dr Francis Sowa a fait une pr\u00e9sentation sur <em>Le r\u00f4le des m\u00e9dias<\/em>La Commission europ\u00e9enne a publi\u00e9 un rapport sur l'\u00e9tat d'avancement de la mise en \u0153uvre du plan d'action, qui souligne que les m\u00e9dias ont le devoir de demander des comptes aux gouvernements et de promouvoir la transparence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les conf\u00e9rences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivies d'une s\u00e9ance de questions-r\u00e9ponses sur nos marques. Les participants qui ont r\u00e9pondu correctement aux questions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par des prix comprenant des chauffe-eau, des cuisini\u00e8res \u00e9lectriques, des ventilateurs, des fers \u00e0 repasser et des produits de marque.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une interview, le directeur national de Premium Divine Trading Company, M. Kenneth Konuah, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : <em>\"<\/em>Il y a eu un d\u00e9calage entre l'industrie et les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s\/professionnels qui entrent sur le march\u00e9 du travail. C'est pourquoi des plateformes comme celle-ci sont essentielles pour donner aux \u00e9tudiants et aux jeunes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour entrer en contact avec l'industrie d'aujourd'hui\". L'une des laur\u00e9ates, Paulina A. Sesay, qui a gagn\u00e9 un cuiseur \u00e0 riz, a expliqu\u00e9 que : <em>\"<\/em>La s\u00e9rie sur l'ind\u00e9pendance est tr\u00e8s importante.
