O evento reuniu mais de 500 estudantes universit\u00e1rios em torno do tema: <em>\"A Relev\u00e2ncia da Independ\u00eancia para os Jovens de Hoje\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A Serra Leoa conquistou a sua independ\u00eancia a 27 de abril de 1961 e, para comemorar este acontecimento hist\u00f3rico, a Twisco, uma marca comercializada e distribu\u00edda pela Premium Divine Trading Company, organizou esta s\u00e9rie de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o centrada nos jovens. O programa reuniu v\u00e1rias universidades e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es lideradas por jovens de todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>O evento incluiu debates importantes conduzidos por oradores sobre temas de import\u00e2ncia nacional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O Professor Larkoh falou sobre <em>Empreendedorismo e desemprego<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Fatmata Kamara Esq. abordou quest\u00f5es sobre <em>Direito e Justi\u00e7a<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>O Dr. Francis Sowa fez uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre <em>O papel dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social<\/em>O Conselho Europeu de Lisboa, que se realizou no dia 1 de junho, sublinhou o dever dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social de responsabilizar o governo e promover a transpar\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as palestras, realizou-se uma sess\u00e3o de perguntas e respostas sobre as nossas marcas. Os participantes que responderam corretamente \u00e0s perguntas foram recompensados com pr\u00e9mios que inclu\u00edam esquentadores, fog\u00f5es el\u00e9ctricos, ventoinhas, ferros de engomar e produtos da marca.<\/p>\n<p>Numa entrevista, o Diretor Nacional da Premium Divine Trading Company, Sr. Kenneth Konuah, declarou <em>\"<\/em>Tem havido uma desconex\u00e3o entre a ind\u00fastria e os licenciados\/profissionais que entram no mercado de trabalho. \u00c9 por isso que plataformas como esta s\u00e3o essenciais para capacitar os estudantes e os jovens com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para se ligarem \u00e0 ind\u00fastria atual\". Uma das vencedoras do pr\u00e9mio, Paulina A. Sesay, que ganhou uma panela de arroz, explicou que: <em>\"<\/em>A S\u00e9rie Independ\u00eancia \u00e9 muito importante.
