As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainable community development, Promasidor Nigeria has donated a water tower and borehole system to the palace of the Osolo of Isolo Kingdom in Lagos, further strengthening its relationship with the host community where the company operates.<\/p>\n
The project, executed under the company\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, was officially commissioned on Thursday, 21 May 2026, by the Chief Executive Officer of Promasidor Nigeria, Fran\u00e7ois Gillet, at the palace of His Royal Majesty, Oba Isa Abiodun Faronbi-Shekoni, the Osolo of Isolo Kingdom.<\/p>\n
The commissioning ceremony was attended by the monarch and his wife, Olori Taiwo Abike Faronbi-Shekoni, members of the royal cabinet, and senior executives of Promasidor Nigeria.<\/p>\n
Speaking during the event, Gillet noted that thriving businesses are built on thriving communities, stressing that the borehole project reflects Promasidor Nigeria\u2019s dedication to improving lives and supporting sustainable development within its host communities.<\/p>\n
He explained that access to clean and safe water remains essential to public health, human dignity, and economic growth, adding that the initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 6, which advocates clean water and sanitation for all.<\/p>\n

Mr Gillet also expressed appreciation to the palace and residents of Isolo for their continued support and cooperation over the years.<\/p>\n
In his remarks, Oba Faronbi commended Promasidor Nigeria for what he described as a thoughtful and impactful intervention that would improve access to clean water within the palace and surrounding community.<\/p>\n
