Benin Culin’art 2025: Total success for ONGA and Chef Laura Gourmet’s 72-hour culinary marathon

The first Culin’art festival, held in Benin from December 19 to 22, 2025, achieved significant success, showcasing the Onga brand through a 72-hour culinary marathon led by Chef Laura Gourmet. The event drew thousands of visitors who experienced and tasted Onga products in an energetic atmosphere, confirming the brand’s position as a favourite among cooking enthusiasts.

To go the distance and guarantee consistent flavour across the 1,000 dishes offered free of charge, the chef put her trust in the expertise of Onga.

“For a marathon like this, you can’t compromise on taste. Onga broths allowed me to enhance each piece of meat with incredible speed and depth of flavour,” said Laura Gourmet between services. This challenge not only fed bodies but also proved how good Onga is in situations like this.
